Ah, I feel bad to do this to another brony, but you aren't allowed to upload content to deviantart that does not belong to you unless you have permission from the original artists. The problem with this is that the animation is usually made by a team, and so you would have to figure out who all worked on the screen and get written permission from every one of them. Although I'm sure they probably would give it to you, it might take a lot of work. Your better bet is to take it down and re-post it on a site where it doesn't violate the rules, like 'bronies' on memebase or maybe Equestria Daily solely (as I see it managed to get up there). I apologize if this causes you inconvience, but if you don't comply the admins will end up removing it anyways, and then you will also get in trouble, and since you are an actual artist I wouldn't want that to happen.

There are lots of pony-comics on deviantart - more than I can count. They don't get taken down. This is because this content wasn't made by the MLP staff, it was made by the artist. He used the franchise, but nothing else. If you want to find bundles of comics like this, go to the comic section of EquestriaDialy.

Uh... yes. Yes it was. These are screenshots taken directly from the show. The artist did not make them, and they will be taken down as the admins eventually remove all stolen artwork. They are, however, far behind considering the sheer amount of violations of the TOS in this site.

Every comic I've ever seen on EquestriaDaily have been made BY the artist, not screenshots from the show with text quickly thrown onto it. I have no problem if the artist draws it themselves, but stealing screenshots from a show is wrong, and an insult to the creators of the show.
